the ans is E (12+3(sqroot 2)
Use the distance formula to calculate the distance between the co-ordinates :(sq root((x2-x1)^2)+ (y2-y1)^2))
so distance between (0,0) nd (7,0) = 7.
distance between (0,0) nd (3,3) = sq root (18)= 3sqroot(2) .
distance between (3,3) nd (7,0) = 5.

Adding we get the preimeter : 12+3sqroot(2) .
