I would say answer E

statement 1 says that the products of all numbers in S is negative, which only means that there is an odd number of negative numbers. Statement 1 alone is not sufficient

statement 2 says that there is 6 numbers in S, without any other indication. Statement 2 alone is not sufficient

combining 1 & 2 would mean that out of 6 numbers there could be 1, 3 or 5 negative numbers. There could be less, as many or more neg. numbers than positive ones, therefore we cannot conclude
