GMAT is fine. Your concern about little work experience is justified as B-schools do look for significant professional leadership achievements. But you do have a lot of good projects to talk about from your college time. Two concerns here:
1) What would be your short-term and long term goals and how does MBA fit into them? This would be crucial as clarity of goals is of paramount importance to B-schools.
2) Your choice of schools is quite biased as they all are competitive ones, you may consider having some schools which are perhaps lower in rankings but are well known for a certain kind of careers. For example Rice would be a nice shot if you wish to enter oil industry and tepper would be a cool jack if you wish to work with tech businesses.
