Start up your own company that helps other companies to understand and pay you to help their employees maintain a work life balance, which is important and improves work efficiency.. U play kabaddi and seem to be an overall all rounder.. make some contacts, which you can do easily at tcs and through friends, execute the idea and see what happens.. you may or may not succeed, doesnt matter. You will gain leadership experience which will look real good in a future application and just in case you become successful, you won't need an MBA
