How can i understand for Names of two references: include full contact information and description of relationship to you ?
These are persons that i have relation?

No, these folks don't have to be related to you (prefer that they are not in fact). For example, if you list your boss as a reference, in the description say that this guy is your boss.

What does the "full contact information" mean?
Whether enough contact phone and e-mail?
