Hey there,
Overall things look good. Esp. The work abroad and high number of promotions in such a short time. This is a very good indication of success for the Adcom. Now, as you may know you are a bit borderline agewise for an MBA. You can totally get into a regular MBA program at 32, but you might also want to open up to the idea of an EMBA, which might be more appropriate for you in terms of your class age, your experience. Since 32 is kinda an age which easily straddles both degrees you can actually come up with an application strategy which will aim at both EMBAs and regular MBAs if you find programs which are appropriate for you.

to answer your questions:
1. LBS - Stretch, INSEAD - between stretch and competitive, Cambridge Judge, competitive.

2. If you want to look into other one year programs in the US you have Kellogg, Johnson and Babson, you have NUS, you have IE, ESADE, IMD, IESE and HEC in Europe. And that's a few more names to look into! (all schools do general management, so no need to specify there). You application highlights, I think you already know, because you have written them here 1. your leadership 2. your international experience (leadership again) 3. your fast and impressive promotions.

And that's that! Now you just have to write some awesome essays!
:)

Thank Jon. The schools you referred are for eMBA or the normal 1 yr one?

Also, a quick question.. if I can increase my gmat to 740+ range will LBS be competitive?
Thank you!

The majority of the programs I mentioned above are "normal" MBA programs, although for example IMD is famous for taking older (and thus more executive) students.
I think with a 740, yes you would be more competitive at LBS and it would give you a better shot. But you knew I was gonna say that :)
