IMHO, if you're going to take the time to do a test, it might as well be a CAT. Then, you're not only practicing strategies for solving the problems, but also strategies for making it through a test that does not let you skip problems, and that adapts its difficulty level to your demonstrated ability level. Lastly, it helps calm test day anxiety as well as reduces unnecessary errors, to be familiar with the exact format and layout of the computerized test.
