Hi, your first statement is missing a number (it says "d < "). Can you please fix? Thanks!

Each is sufficient on its own.

if d < 0.25, the value of d rounded to the nearest 10th would be 0.2 no matter what the value of h is (4,3,2,1 or 0), so thats sufficient.

if h < 5, the value of d rounded to the nearest 10th would be 0.2 no matter what the value of h is (4,3,2,1 or 0), so thats also sufficient.
