Can someone confirm for me what the correct answer is for this question?

I accidentally saved this screen without making sure the correct answer was selected. Even though I have D selected on the screenshot, I think it should be B?

IMO, should be B

take x=3, then x^2, 2x and 1/x are 9, 6 and 1/3 respectively

take x=1/3, then x^2, 2x and 1/x are 1/9, 2/3 and 3 respectively

Only B satisfies the condition

I think the answer is D.

Between 0 and 1/3 the order is that of (I)
between 1/3 and 1 the order is that of (II)
2x is never less than 1/x for x>1

to prove it to yourself, take 3 points of intersection (x = 1/3, 1, and 2) and select values for x in all four ranges.
