(1/5)^m*(1/4)^18 = (1/[2{10^35}])
(1/5)^m*(1/2^2)^18 = (1/[2{(2*5)^35}])
(1/5)^m*(1/2)^36 = (1/[2{(2^35*5^35)}])
(1/5)^m*(1/2)^36 = (1/[2^36*5^35])
(1/5)^m*(1/2)^36 = (1/2)^36*(1/5)^35

Clearly m=35
