Assume d=x.abc
hundredth digit of decimal here is 'b'.
1: 10th digit of "10d=xa.bc " is "b" given 7
which is also 100th digit of d.sufficient
1: 1000th digit of d/10=0.xabc is "b"; given 7, so sufficient |
