Hello All

This forum has helped me a lot to motivate myself during preparation. Thank you all. I would like to share my experience with GMAT.

I am a 32 year old female IT employee with two kids. I went through couple of competitive exams like this during my education . I gave a shot at GMAT with 2 months of solid preparation. I spent 2 hours a day during weekdays and 5-6 hours a day during weekend.

My preparation material :

**Official Guide 11

**Official guide - verbal workout

**Official guide - Quant workout

**Kaplan 800

**Flash cards from this site

**Manhattan SC (2003 edition)

I have couple of questions:

1) Is my verbal score too low to be considered by top schools (Like Wharton) for EMBA program? Should I take GMAT again?

2) Do I come under common IT pool or is there a separate criteria for women in IT?

2) Are there any resources/guidelines for the interview process?

I appreciate your comments on these

Thank you

I did verbal and quant workout just for practice. I did all three OG books twice. More practice.. more perfection.

I realized GMAT is more about the speed and accuracy than the difficulty level.

Thank you

Great job. I took my exam recently and got a 50Q and 40V. Those 4 extra verbal points only gave me a 730, barely 20 points higher than yours.
