Hi, I saw couple of times term "back-to-back" for RC passages. Can anybody please shed some light on this type of RC? What's this, how to tackle it and maybe some examples? Thanks!

I believe this refers to two RC passages appearing in the GMAT consecutively, or back-to-back. That's a lot of reading!
