OA is E
ST 1: No info abt set Y....INSUFF
ST 2: No info abt set X....INSUFF

lets see if we combine these if we X= 19,17,15 and Y= 14,12,10 then X has greater integer but if we take X= 1,3,5 and Y= 8,10,12 then Y has greaer ineteger.Hence E

Agreed, both statements do not provide sufficient information about either X or Y in this instance. There are still too many unknowns...
