Wow, that's a dramatic improvement! Congratulations!
What did you do during those seven days to help you improve by 70 points? There are a lot of folks who could definitely learn from your experience.
Best of luck! _________________ Eric

Thanks Eric!
In fact, I was still busy with my work during these 7 days. (except Sunday)
First, I printed out some of maths questions downloaded from this forum, namely, section 1,2,10,11,38,39,40,41. Because I wanted to focus more times in verbal section, I only spent my lunch time and travelling time back home to go through these questions.
Because my weak point is in verbal section (as I am not a native english speaker), I had to spend more time in CR and reasoning. In order to train the speed of understanding and answering questions, I timed myself to finish each questions within 2 minutes. Started from test 1 to 5, I have learned to recognise the trick parts of CR and reasoning questions, which are obvious compared to questions behind. Then, I jumped to do question 500-550, 800-850... ...
My schedule of verbal section was like:
45 minutes of CR question, rest for 10 minutes
then 45 minutes of reasoning question, rest for 10 minutes
then 45 minutes of comprehension
These practices were repeated over 7 days only after my dinner, except Sunday.
Once again, the questions from beatthegmat are very helpful. I believed that anyone who spent their times to finished 1000 questions are able achieve great result.
Good luck! |
