Please Make an ULTIMATE Error tracker

The 60 day study guide provides an og12 gmat error log.

The following link provides a general error log.

It be great if the og12 gmat error log could incorporate some of the columns from the general error (i.e. pace, feel, notes column, etc.) log to create an 'ultimate' error log.
