Update: 6.24.08
The 3000 RC document is no longer available for download at Beat The GMAT. This document was produced by the ScoreTop website, which has been known to draw questions from illegal sources.
It is in your best interest not to use these materials during your prep. Doing so may get you into serious trouble with GMAC and may ruin your chances of attending business school. _________________ Eric

7.1 MB what's the doc consisted of?
is it 1000RC book or 3000 RC ?
i failed to download because of limited bandwidth..
the compressed copy of 1000RC document i hv is just of 1.5 MB/
yeah but a decompressed one is 7.4MB/
do you have 3000 RC?
does it have copywrite issues>?
edit
do you want me to upload it?
both compressed 1000RC & 3000 RC
why i suggest compressed file version becoz of simple reason: limited bandwidth _________________ Beating GMAT & beyond

Thanks for the feedback, Johny. I've zipped up this file, so now it should be much easier to download.
Is there a 3000 RC document? If you have access to it, can you send me the link or the file? I'd like to review it and see whether it would be appropriate to share on this forum (no copyright issues). _________________ Eric

THIS IS TO TELL ALL GMAT MATERIAL SEEKERS THAT THERE'S NO 1000 RC DOCUMENT PRESENT AS SUCH.
THE ONE, BEEN DISTRIBUTED WIDELY IN CYBERSPACE (THAT IS THE ONE ADMINISTRATOR HAS UPLOADED ) HAS AROUND ~3000 QUESTIONS.
AND YOU WONT FIND ANY DOCUMENT CONTAINING JUST ~1000 RC QUESTIONS.
THEREFORE PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE'S NO 1000 RC DOCUMENT AS SUCH. _________________ Beating GMAT & beyond

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with RC questions/passages in other exams. I can say though that I have heard many people practicing on LSAT RCs because they are supposedly more difficult.
The best resource you can use for your GMAT preparation is Official Guide. This book features actual but retired GMAT questions--it is always best to prepare with real material.
Best of luck to you! _________________ Eric

Dont use 3000 RC as your first practise set.
use OG ( official guide: is the big book covers all parts of GMAT ) first. get used to GMAT RC and then move on to any material you like or you have....
LSAT s passages are no doubt more tough than GMATs one but then every test, be it GRE GMAT or LSAT has its own flavour his own speciality...
so for time being better stick to OUR test _________________ Beating GMAT & beyond

|

Hey guys,
I downloaded the 3000RC file. It seems to have 3 billion passages. I noticed that some of them are from the GRE but where are the first 67 passages from. and where it says OG passages, are they from OG 11?
I just want to know where these passages are from and how reliable are they as a representative of the RC i will see in the GMAT.
thanks |
