yup it's true!
When i took the exam the first time, they had to take my fingerprint and i had to sign on the electronic device and it had to match my passport's/ID signature!
And when i went in the room, where i was seated infront of the computer, they had a webcam infront of me (which apparently was observed by the admins from the state) and a webcam behind me (where the admins down here observed).
They also had a sound detector in which they can hear anything that's spoken in the room. I was told plenty of times to not say a word when i enter the room.
I think that's one of the reason's why i got so scared and didn't do too well on the first try lol Sad
