gmat prep questions

For Q1,
Is this the right way to solve this problem?

90th percentile out of 80, that can be 72
81st percentile out of 100, = 81
=>72+81=153
-->153 is 75% of 180. Answer is D
Is this calculation right?

One small correction
153/180 * 100 is 85 ...

Whats the OA for the the function question ...?
