Hi,

The MGMAT 3rd edition books already reference the 11th edition OG, so all you have to do is follow the page and problem numbers listed at the back of each chapter of your strategy guide, and you should be all set.

The conversion tables will help you if you buy the 12th edition OG and are trying to use it with the 3rd edition MGMAT Strategy Guides.
