Hi!
I gave my GMAT twice (first in July and Second in September) .. My first score was a 640 (Q-49 , V-28 , AWA - 5.5). The second attempt wasnt any better. Its 640 again (Q49 , V-27 , AWA-4.5). I have 2+ years of experience in IT industry that includes a brief onsite visit for a critical issue and I have a above-average acads (>3.4 GPA)...
Please let me know the propects ... What are my chances of getting into the top 25 schools ?

Sorry to hear you didn't get the improvement you were seeking. That being said, a 640 is still a competitive score.
For admissions advice, I recommend asking Stacy Blackman in her forum area. She's the true expert.
