The OA for this is B.

I happen to pick up the right answer in this one through POE cause other choices seemed irrelavant or out of context.

The premise is that 52% of all women aged 18-65 are in labor force for any given month then how would men leaving/joining the labor force would affect the women stats aged 18-65. I was somewhat unclear on this one.

Since you said you eliminated the other choices, I will not go into eliminating the other answer choices. They are fairly simple to eliminate anyways. The reason B works is because of 1, yes just 1, keyword: "year-round."

(B) Many workers, both men and women, enter and exit the labor force frequently.
--> states women enter and exit the work force frequently, which weakens the argument that the other group of women are year-round homemakers.
--> I posted a blog post about this issue. Pay particular attention to certain "qualifying" keywords that reduce/limit/narrow the scope of the argument made by the author. Look for answer choices that attack this "qualifier" to weaken the question. In this case, the qualifier is "year-round" and the answer choices weakens the argument by stating that women change frequently and thus will not be year-round homemakers.
