Moving to the next level with math...

by mayonnai5e » Thu Sep 06, 2007 4:33 pm
Since I've started studying my Q score has steadily increased from 32 to the mid 40s (45 on GMATPrep 1, 42 on paper test 15, and 40 on paper test 55). But I've hit a plateau it seems and can't break into the upper echelons of Q. Any hints, tips, or suggestions on how to reach that next level with my Q?

Thanks in advance

Yes I have noticed patterns, and I am currently trying to address those. However, I wasn't clear in my question. I would like to know the general method of getting to the next level: Did people just practice the hardest of the hardest problems? Study individual weaknesses? Do lots of timed hard questions?

I only have a few weeks left in my practice and want to find an efficient way to move my Q up. So far my plan is to look at my weaknesses and do practice problems. I've read about members just doing the hardest problems in OG11 and doing the MGMAT CATs and that seemed to work for them...
