Dude gmat740,
Sometimes underlining helps others to understand what requires to be examined!!
IMO
[D]
because it maintains the context of the sentence all the way, when the details between commas is omitted.
B is not correct because it should be the company will increase its share from 6% to 10% its share AND NOT from 6% to 10% its share

The powers of two are bloody impolite!!
B. from 6 percent to 10 percent its share of the $21 billion book market in the country, which ranges
i got something to say about this option, in the original sentence, country was modifying market, here in B, country is changed into "in the country", first, it becomes a modifer for the whole sentence, and when in the country is modifying the whole sentence, which can directly refer to country and result in a modifier problem....
check this out...
$21 billion book market of the country, which...which can go to market because of the country is part of that noun phrase,
$21 billion book market in the country, which...which can't go to the market because the country is cut out from that noun phrase..
anyone can tell me whether my way of thinking is right?
thx
