This one I'm just not sure how you'd use (1) and (2) to find the value of n. :

1 - insufficient.
t1+t2+...+tn = 3124. Can't find n
2 - insufficient.
t1+t2+...+tn = 4n. Can't find n.
Using 1 and 2, 4n = 3124. So, sufficient to find n
