ManhattanGMAT is pleased to announce that the Third Edition of our GMAT Strategy Guides will be released in the coming weeks! The Third Edition Guides, which have been redeveloped according to the feedback of our students and Instructors, come with new and expanded sections to help you keep up with the continually-changing GMAT.

As we get closer to the release date, more information will be available on our website to help you understand the changes made to the books and how theyll affect your studies. Right now, though, you can check out an example.

Feel free to contact us on the BTG Forums, at the ManhattanGMAT forums, or by emailing us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Note: If you are planning to take your GMAT soon, click through to the link above and read some FAQs about the new guides.

Best,
I've pre-ordered the new guides at Amazon. Do you know when Amazon will be receiving the books? They don't have a release date yet on the site.
Thanks.

Hi Praneeth,

Amazon should receive the books a couple of weeks after ManhattanGMAT releases them on the 25th of October, so look out for them to get shipped out in early to mid November.

Ah. Thanks. I was hoping they would have it at the same time.

Thanks for checking.

Hello,

I ordered them last week on the Manhattan Gmat web site, should I expect them on time (1-2 Business day) or will there be delays...?

Thanks,

JB

Barnes and Noble says they expect to have them available tomorrow as well btw, hopefully no delays anticipated there?

Is there anywhere in Miami that I can buy the 3rd edition guides from?

Alternatively is there ANY online store that has the books available with an overnight shipping option?

Thanks,

-Praneeth

Hi praneeth,

The new Strategy Guides are available on our Store Page. The fastest shipping option is 1 - 2 business days, which should arrive overnight in most cases. They will be available on amazon.com and bn.com in the next 2 - 3 weeks.

I hope this helps!

Free Test Query

by anshulseth » Wed Feb 18, 2009 9:14 am
Hi,

In one of the forums I read that if we buy one of the Manhattan guides, we will get a code with it, which would allow us to access 6 Free GMAT Mock Tests from Manhattan site.

I am in India, and wish to order Manhattan SC Guide From ebay India.
Will that book have the code with it to access the free GMAT.

Also, please verify that the concept of Free GMAT tests with guides exists.

Thanks
Asset

Hi anshulseth,

If you purchase a book off of ebay, it will most likely not come with an active code for the 6 CAT exams. This is because it is likely to be a used book with a previously-activated code. To be safe, you should order a new book from an online retailer such as amazon.com.

Additionally, we do offer a Free Sample GMAT Test, which is the first of the 6 GMAT CAT exams that we offer.

I hope this helps. Good luck studying!

What about www.bookscaterer.com ?

by Z_I » Wed Feb 18, 2009 5:41 pm
Hi Micheal,

Will buying the SC guide from www.bookscaterer.com get me the 6 CAT access ?

Please confirm so I could order the SC Strategy Guide.

Also, are there significant additions in the third edition as compared to the 2003 edition? If not then I would rather re-read the 2003 edition, which I have already read and prepared from. I have my exam in less than two weeks time so not sure if laying my hands on a new book will help at this stage. Having said that I am hovering around a 65% hit rate in SC and CR and hence need help urgently.

Please advise,

Thanks!
