Hi

From What i understand

It is like saying, one goes to med school in some remote part of country x and there it is taught that the color of human skin will always be red because people who live there are red skinned.

Hope my reasoning is making sense.

E is the assumption..

because if you see E.. then it is possible that people living in different region might know how to draw a Fish in one pattern only...

thus it may be the case that a person living in one region draws fish exactly equal to other person living in another region...
