The current proposal to give college students a broader choice in planning their own courses of study should be abandoned. The argument is one-sided.The author does not provide enough reasons why the proposal should be abandoned.He\she only focuses on what supporters think\actions of supporters and doesn't weigh either sides of the coin! I verified this in the answer and it appears to be A.
