Hi !!
I think I am dreaming ....  ... but I have read that GMAT AWA topics were available on the Internet .... and some people downloaded them on work on ... It would too good to be true hum? 
so ...is it true or false ?

just go ahead and download them.
actually you dont have to go to the official site also.
just go to AWA section of our forum and download what you want.

Do spend some healthy time (around hundred minutes will do) to research this site.
you will discover lots of informative stuff and plenty of downloads.
