Ron has three kinds of shirts in his closet, white shirts, black shirts and fancy shirts.
What is the ratio between the shirts in the closet?
(1) The total number of shirts is 100.
(2) 30% of the shirts are black, which is twice as much as the fancy shirts.

Can be answered using the 2nd statement alone.

Let total number of shirts = X
30% are black => Black = .3X

This is twice as many as Fancy => Fancy = .15X
Which means white = .55X

Therefore Ration between them

White:Black :Fancy

.55X:.3X:.45X = 11:6:9
