Cant seem to write down the proportions for this question. Is this a 700 level question?

A 25

B 34

C 50

D 67

E 100

You might want to check the below link. I'm inclined to think that
this is not a 700 level question. Once you figure out 1/4 * 200,
everything else follows suit.
