Hi,
I need help in the review of AWA - Issue that i have written. Can anybody help me in this regard. Any help will be appreciated.

"Experience is the stepping-stone to success in most business venture".

Success in Business ventures doesn't require experience. The ingredients for success in business are Business Acumen, Leadership qualities, management skills, basics of business world and capital management. These things are never gained by experience; rather these are qualities in a person. These qualities are refined by experience. People without experience can polish their business skills by taking up such jobs before starting the business venture. Business World is replete with such examples of successful businessmen who didn't have prior experience. Infosys is the today among the top IT companies in India. It was started by people who didn't have any business experience when they started the company in 1981. However by systematic planning, application of proper business acumen, identifying opportunities, the company has grown. Business is never a single man's work. Companies are always formed and run by a team or board of directors. Board of Directors generally have advisors who have in-depth knowledge of industry. With proper guidance of these advisors, board of directors can run and manage the company very well.
An experience in business enables a person to understand the industry dynamics and provide direction to the company. Experience also provides enough industry information and friends that are useful in business. However these are not the essential things for the success of an enterprise. In a business world marked by competition, commonly followed business practices and secrets are known across the industry. Knowledge and secrets in an industry can be guile e.g. a Business Manager in a successful company can be recruited by another company by providing more money to get some trade secrets.
Thus there can be a successful business venture without experience.
