Topic- The best way to teach is to praise positive action and ignore negative one's.

Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the recommendation and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, describe specific circumstances in which adopting the recommendation would or would not be advantageous and explain how these examples shape your position.

Response:

All the children are innocent and naive, they did not know about any positive and negative aspects at the early age of their development. Whatever a teacher will taught, they will grasp. According to the author's recommendation "The best way to teach is to praise positive action and ignore negative one's."It would be more beneficial by supporting some evidentiary reports to the recommendation. It is a human tendency to grasp the negative things primarily. The child did not know about what is right and what is wrong will not be able to decide what to do by safer end. So he/she will grasp the things which he/she will find attractive, so better is not to teach the negative one in front of them. Another way to keep a child away from negative one's is to aware them about the negative effects and cause of the negative actions, so they will keep in mind that and will avoid the negative actions. But it is a human tendency to learn by mistakes. So another thing we can do is that we will teach children all the positive and negative aspects, their cause and remedies,of the negative things, but will leave on them what to grasp and what to not.By supporting the author we can observe that author is better trying for betterment of the teaching scenario.

Primarily, as we have discussed earlier, the child have the tendency to grasp the negative things primarily. Lets have an example of a child at his early age. Suppose we bring a child in front of a fire and in front of soft toy of a potato. A child will find the fire more attractive and more lively, definitely at his teen age he is not that familiar with the fire which is a harmful thing and the soft toy which is good to play. So whatever he will find attractive he will catch. So better is to teach only positive actions to the child so that he will be cheerful and joyous with that only, without causing any negative effect, and to teach any of the negative aspects of the negative thing. Only we should have to give the playful and good things to children, not should have to have even cursory of the negative one's so they will not be able to touch and will be safe.

Secondly, definitely its good to teach positive action but for the safe side we should also have to tell atleast the causes of the negative one's to the early age children. If the children will be knowing the causes and effects of the negative things, than they will somewhere sometimes thing to be cautious for that, and might be ignore. Precedent statement have discussed about the example of fire. We are agreed that a child will be attractive towards the fire and wants to catch the fire. But if we will teach them the causes and effects of that fire then the child will keep away himself from the fire. So, if we will do this i.e. with the positive actions if we teach them just the causes and effects of the negative one's, then also it will beneficial and can positively support the author's recommendation.

Thirdly,while keeping in mind the author's recommendation, contradictory,one more is the human tendency i.e. to learn by mistakes. Although the author is recommending the best thing for the upbringing of a child, but it is true saying for the human nature. A human always learn well from his own mistakes. So what the option we have is, we can teach them all the positive actions properly, also sometimes give them the negative effects of the harmful things, but it will be primarily depend on the child that what kind of learning he is grasping among the negative and positive one's. Truly, author has found the best way to teach by praise of positive one's but it somewhere it will depend on a child also. The author wants to complete his responsibility by teaching a child the praise of positive aspects, can be more better, if we will teach them both the negative and positive aspects of negative one's also.

In-sum, might be author's recommendation have some disadvantages with the evidence but will more beneficial if the author follows the above examples and reasons for the child. For the betterment for the teaching ability it is necessary to have both the aspects in 70-30 ratio. Seventy for the positive actions and thirty only for the negative aspects of the negative actions. By having these points in mind, recommendation of the author will have a cherry on cake like aspect, hence the author's recommendation will be prove as beneficial for every child's upbringing.
