Analysis of Issue:

"Being occasionally dishonest is a good way to maintain relationships with frineds and loved ones."


Essay:

The issue of whether or not being dishonest occasionally is a good way to maintain relationships with friends and loved ones is a contentious one.While each side has it's strengths and weaknesses,I believe occasional dishonesty does not help us to carry out relationships with friends and loved ones.Furthermore,relationship should be based on pillers of truth,honesty,love and respect to each other.A relation based on dishonesty (may be an occasional one) can not sustain for long time and can not be said as a strong relationship.

First,the base of any relation depends upon factors such as honesty,truth,respect and love.A good relationship is not possible without these factors.We may avoid conflicts by being dihonest occasionally.This kind of relationship is possible at professional life where we maintain professional terms and it is mostly related to our work.
In order to maintain a healthy and strong relationship with friends and loved ones we have to be like a open book to each other.

Second,belief is another factor for a good relationship with friends and loved ones.The trustworthyness comes from honesty.So being honest to each other brings belive.For example people has a tendency to rely on such a person who is honest.Thus build up mutual trust and ensure good relationships.The relationship between husband and wife solely depends on mutual trust and honesty.A minor dishonesty may end up the relationship.Friends can't rely on other friends who are dishonest.

Some may argue that a minor dishonesty can help us to prevent the conlict among frineds and loved ones.This is flawed.Since people should resolve the conflicts and disagreements among each other to continue a relation.The conflict still exists if we supress it Instead of resolving and may come back in future with a bigger impact which we will not be able to avoid with any dishonesty.

In conclusion we should be not be dishonest towards the relationship with friends and loved ones even occasionally.For the above mentioned reasons we should always be truthful to maintain relationships with friends and loved ones.
