Please evaluate my profile

Indian Male
BSEE from India, JNTU Hyderabad- 65%
MSEE at University of Central Florida: GPA: 3.46
6+ years of progressive Work Experience (RF Engr 1, Engr 2, Engr 3, Principal Engineer, Sr. Project Manager) in Wireless Communications (Telecom)@ Alcatel-Lucent
I was promoted as a Senior Project Manager 2 years ago. I am in charge of 3G, 4G-LTE deployment in the state of Missouri. I co-ordinate with 6 teams and manage the project with a revenue of 10 Mil per year.
Early/Angel Investor in a Bio Startup that specializes in creating a SW for medical doctors. The SW recommends treatment methods for several diseases based on years of data and the expertise from doctors at Harvard. Team consists of 4 Harvard educated doctors and an MIT based mathematician.

4 years of personal Trading experience in Derivatives

Yet to take the GMAT exam.

What would be my chances of getting admitted to Part-Time MBA programs in the Top 10 B-Schools? How can I improve my chances? Also, What is the target GMAT score I should aim for?

Well for PT programs things tend to be a bit more flexible re GMAT, but anything over a 700 should do you justice. I think that if this health startup is shooting along and is part of your goals and you can make a convincing argument for its success (plus get that GMAT) you should be able to secure an admit to a top 10 PT program.
