Hey dude,
Well overall he seems like a very interesting guy. Now to really evaluate his profile especially for Top 10 schools I need more detail! Like for example, you never mentioned what country you came from?

To really help him out, I need more info about his startup - how big it is, whether he got seed funding, how many people, how it's growing etc. especially what he has done in terms of leadership and achievements.
