Placements after MBA from USA

How tough it is for an International student to take placement after completing MBA from the universities which is not in top 30 or 50?

Placement for what? Where? in what sort of firm? In general there are a few considerations:
1. placement rate
2. salary
3. overall prestige which carries through your entire career.
