Hi All,
My name is Greg. I live in sunny San Jose, California. I haven't taken the GMAT yet, but I plan to on September 24, 2007. I also took the test a long time ago in 2001, but I didn't get the score I needed. I think that some of you know that I am a big fan of Manhattan GMAT. Well, I took their 9 week virtual online course from March 11 to May 6. I really think that the MGMAT materials are the best that I have ever seen. I am not an expert, but I do like to help other people with their strategies most of all.

I am in retail management most of the time when I am not studying for the test. Actually, I got a little sidetracked in my GMAT preparation process during the month of May because of work related issues. But, I am back at it again now, so I am working almost every day on my prep work. I plan to attend one of the California State University business schools near here for my MBA. Honestly, if I got a 500 or better on the GMAT, I would be very happy. But, if I do all of the work that I think that I need to do for the test, the sky could be the limit for me, too.

I am very glad that I got the chance to be of help on this great forum. I know that I have learned a lot from other people on here in the process, too.

Greg

Howdy ! My name is not Jay but you can call me by that name :-).
I am originally from South India but came over to Kansas to pursue my
MS degree. After graduating in 2001, I moved to Sunnyvale,
California and have been here ever since. I currently manage an
engineering team in a mid-sized company in the Bay area.

I took the GMAT in June 2007 and scored a 730. I have been interested
in math ever since childhood and GMAT math was a welcome break
from routine day-to-day work.

I have benefited greatly from reading posts on this forum and hope
to help where possible. I'll be contributing to both the math and
verbal sections on this forum.

Good luck with your preps and apps !
