Hi Stacy..

I have currently working with IBM as a Project Leader. My GMAT score is 730. I have 4.5 yrs of experience (working with IBM for more than 3 yrs now). I have done my Masters in Computers. It would be very nice of you if you can give me a feedback on what are my chances of getting into top 5-10 business schools in US- particularly schools like Harvard, London Business Schools, MIT, Wharton etc.
My achievements are:

A - Identified as an upcoming leader in IBM last yr after which my
Leadership training (monitored and conducted by IBM US) started. It is
scheduled to complete next yr after which i will move to the senior
executive level in IBM (as a project Manager).
B - For last 3 successive yrs, rated among the highest performers in IBM
(around top 10% world wide).
C - I am an IBM Accredited IT Specialist.
D - Nominated as an Innovative Champion for many teams(job responsibility includes exploring various ways through which the IBM's motto of leading the IT industry through Innovation is accomplished).
E - Last year, IBM India identified very few highest performers who were
given cash award. I was one among them.
F - Won awards in IBM like Individual Brilliance award , Client
satisfaction award etc.
G - IBM India interacts with various Indian Universities. National level
competitions are organized for the students of these universities. I am a
member of the Technical Team which interacts with students/universities to assist them technically.
H - There are around 5 thousand CSQA's(Certified Software Quality Analyst - a highly valued certification) in the World. I am one of them.
I - Part of the cultural team of IBM which organizes various cultural and
sports events in IBM.
J - I am working on a couple of internal IBM patents. Hopefully the
results will be out before mid oct.
K - My senior manager has also nominated me for IBM's Technical Experts committee - This committee is the apex technical body in IBM world wide. I am yet to receive the confirmation.
L - I have presented Technical Papers at various forums in IBM.
M - Have worked on a wide breadth of Technologies and Platforms.

I have also talked to my present manager and my earlier one. Both have
agree to give me very good recco letters.

I unfortunately do not have a very high GPA scores (Under grad - 6/10, Grad - 7/10 although my Grad college is considered as among the top 10 in my country)..

Thanks

Your work experience seems solid, and your GMAT is excellent. Depending on your overall story - goals, outside activities, reasons for wanting MBA, etc...you should be able to do well applying to a top school. However, keep in mind that all of these other components are important and you did not provide info on any of them.
