Use the official guide for practice questions and the official GMATPrep tests and the Princeton Review tests for full practice tests.

If you'd like topical organised math work, then the Kaplan GMAT Math Workbook is a great resource.

Well, if you are three weeks away, you should be taking CAT exams. Don't even think about takeing the exam for real until you've done a number of simulated CAT exams

If you were 6 weeks away, I would strongly encourage you to work through the Official Guide.

Poke around this sight, there's lots of good advice.

Best of luck.
