See the picture in the attachment please.

What is the circumference of the circle in the attachment.
(1) The length of arc XYZ is 18.
(2) r = s


Need explanation please :
if the angle made in the circle are based on the circle points as vertex , is the angle double if it is made by one point was in the centre .

I can´t see the attached. However, if the central angle or the inscript angle is given in the drawing, you can find the radius and then the circumsference.
