Application Essay Prompts

"Option 1: Written Essay (750 words maximum): At the Drucker School, creativity and innovation are at the core of what we teach. We pride ourselves on giving our students the tools and knowledge they need to find creative solutions to management problems. With this in mind, discuss a time when you used creativity and innovation in your personal and professional life to solve a problem, create change, or make an impact within an organization, group, or team. Option 2: Visual Essay: At the Drucker School, creativity and innovation are at the core of what we teach. Develop a visual representation of who you are personally and professionally. The visual(s) should depict your career aspirations and demonstrate how the Drucker MBA will help you achieve your career goals. The content and format you provide for the visual essay is your choice; however, you must submit in one of the following formats: PowerPoint, Word Doc, PDF, video link, or an image file. If you choose to provide a PowerPoint presentation, there is a 5 slide limit. You may choose to include notes in any slides or with any images. All presentations will be printed and reviewed in detail. If you choose to provide a video, there is a 5 minute limit. If you choose to submit a video link, please paste the URL of the video into a Word Doc and upload that word document to your online application. All presentations will be printed and notes will be reviewed. The presentation will be evaluated on the quality of content (self-reflection and ideas) and your ability to convey your ideas, not on technical expertise or design elements."
