Hansoo is a second-year full-time MBA student at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He is also co-founder of Magoosh.com, an online test preparation startup that he founded with classmates at Haas.
Prior to attending Haas, Hansoo was a Senior Manager at Wal-Mart, where he founded and led the ecommerce logistics strategy team. In that role he managed a team of nine and had P&L responsibility of over $12MM. Prior to Wal-Mart, he was at Pulse, a technology start-up based in San Francisco. Hansoo has also worked at Lazard Freres.
Hansoo currently serves on the Board of Directors of World Savvy, a national non-profit focused on global education. Hansoo received his BA in Fine Arts from Amherst College.
