Veritas Prep CEO Chad Troutwine earned scores above the 99th percentile on several standardized exams – including the GMAT and LSAT – before his 20th birthday. As a popular instructor for two leading test prep companies, Chad personally prepared hundreds of students for the LSAT in four different states. Since co-founding Veritas Prep in 2002, he has helped more than 20,000 clients around the globe earn their highest possible score on the GMAT.
Recently, Chad has been featured in Business Week, Forbes, Inside Higher Ed, Entrepreneur, and Inc. magazines, and he formerly served as an MBA admissions representative for the Yale School of Management. He co-owns the largest early education center in the Midwest and is developing a 300 acre alternative energy campus. Since 2003, Chad has produced and financed ten independent feature films, including the upcoming documentary adaptation of the New York Times Bestseller Freakonomics.
When he is not helping candidates perfect their graduate school applications, Chad enjoys craft brewing, Hawaiian Kempo, and avoiding speed traps in rural California towns. Chad graduated with distinction from Arizona State University, the University of Missouri School of Law, and the Yale School of Management. He is currently completing a Masters degree in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.
