Hi november22,
You're likely going to learn a great deal from those books, but you're not going to know if you 'missed' anything until you get deeper into your studies. Doing quizzes, taking CATs, reviewing past work, etc. is how you'll determine how thoroughly you can handle the GMAT. In that way, you have to be comfortable with the idea that you're NOT going to master everything all at once. You're going to make mistakes during your studies (and that's okay) - it's part of the process. Learning from those mistakes, and adjusting your studies accordingly, is one of the essential parts of the study process.

Hi november22,
Your initial practice GMAT will tell you far more about what you've "missed." Of course you should shop around and see which materials work best for you, but I'd also avoid piling on too many if you're trying to avoid missing any concepts. You'll figure out where you need to focus your attention once you start making mistakes (you will, we all will, and that's perfectly ok).
Choose whichever materials work best for you and let your practice tests tell you where you might be missing something.
Best,
Rich
