Last 5 days before the exam Post Sun Apr 29, 2012 2:57 pm
Hi everyone,

My exam is on the 5th of may. So far I have given the following practice tests:

Before preparation:

GMAT Test Prep 1 - 690
GMAT Test Prep 2 - 660

After Preparation:

MGMAT 1 - 700
Kaplan free test - 720
MGMAT 2 - 730
MGMAT 3 - 700
MGMAT 4 - 660
MGMAT 5 - 730
MGMAT 6 - 730

I am targeting a score of 760, but so far I have been way short of that mark. I feel I need to focus more on verbal. I am thinking of giving two more practice tests in the next two days and keep the last 3 days for revision. Please suggest which tests can I go for, or what else can I do in these last few days to increase my score.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Regards,
Tarun

Be careful not to study too much in the last few days before the exam. The GMAT rewards the perceptive taker, and going in mentally fatigued is not conducive to recognizing traps and key pieces of information. Personally, I would take one more practice exam and make sure to take the final day before the test off entirely.
