Any good universities offering MBA without GMAT and is it worth pursuing in those universities?how gud will the job prospects be???

In the US not really. And it depends what you mean by "good". Since the whole ranking GMAt Bschool industry is interconnected, I would say that there are basically NO Top programs that don't require either a GRE or GMAT... but there ARE programs out there, esp in the UK.
