is low gpa a deal breaker?

I am Turkish woman applying to top 10 MBA programs (Kellogg, UChicago, Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD). What are my chances?
Work exp: 6 yrs (4 yrs management consulting)
GMAT: 740
GPA: 2.57
Graduated from one of the top 3 Turkish universities

Obviously your GPA is going to be your weakest point. Address any issues in the optional essay. There really is not enough info here to assess your chances, but if you can convince adcom you have the academic aptitude and motivation, that will help. Make sure your goals are well developed, and note that experiences outside of work are also important. cheers, Alex
