Is area of triangle ABC greater than area of triangle DEF?
(1) The value of area of ABC is less than that of perimeter of DEF.
(2) Angles of ABC = Angles of DEF

I do not know the source of the question. It does not seem to be a GMAT-like question.
Statement 1 is obviously not sufficient as we have to deal with five variable: height and base of triangle ABC and three sides of DFF. There is no need to analyze further. There would be cases in which you get the answer as YES and NO.
Statement 2 is not drafted well. What does Angles of ABC = Angles of DEF mean? Is it each angle of ABC and DEF is 60 degree or ABC and DEF are scalene triangles and A = D, B = E, and C = F?
Even after combining both the statements, we cannot conclude.
