Hi codesnooker,

The question is asking for a segment(*) line, only with that information you can remove A, B and C, because they're curves.

Option D Generates 2 line segments, one for -x and another one for x (because of the modulus).

The only option left is E.


(*) just in case here is the definition of Segment: A straight path between two points that is the shortest distance between them.
